At UNITED KID , we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or refund in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Return period

Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return or refund.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept refund requests.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • to be unused

  • to be in the same condition as upon receipt

  • be in its original packaging

  • to be returned with all accessories

UNITED KID reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return:

  2. Please indicate:

    • your order number

    • the reason for the return

  3. After your request has been validated, return instructions will be provided to you.

Items returned without prior request may not be accepted.

4. Return costs

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If the refund is approved:

  • It will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.

6. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the problem

  • photos of the product

We will quickly find a solution (replacement or refund).

7. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.

8. Non-refundable items

Some items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

  • products used or damaged by the customer

  • incomplete returned items

  • returns made after the 14-day period
